Refund policy

We want Plus to be worth what it costs. If it is not, you can have your money back.

Free trial

Plus starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged at all.

14 days, no questions asked

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment for Plus: the first one or a renewal, monthly or yearly.

How to ask

• Reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or find the order at paddle.net; or
• write to us at team@bebie-journal.app, from the email address of your account.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which returns the money to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time in the app, under Profile → Plan → Manage subscription. Plus stays on until the end of the period already paid for, and nothing more is charged. A period that has already started is not refunded after 14 days, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Your rights

This policy comes on top of your rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
